Hot Stone Massage

This therapeutic treatment is used to relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissue throughout the body. I love this modality because it usually provides instant relief for the most chronic pains. All massages will have a combination of: Reflexology, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Essential Oils, Hot Towels and your choice of pressure.

Chakra Balancing

This can be used in conjunction with other alternative therapies. It takes into account the whole person and helps activate each patient’s natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being. This treat begins with a neck, scalp, and shoulder massage while laying on your back. Then you are calmed with heated stones place on each Chakra center and cleansed with sounds of a healing singing bowl.
